The nurses are great. The administration is severely lacking, with little to no communication and when they do tell you something, you get several differing answers. The wife gave birth to 2 children here, and we refused to go back afterwards. Had to come here again for an operation and admin told us completely different stuff than pa did.
Doctors are very professional. My wife she like this hospital. Highly recommended.
What is SO scary is the lack of woman commenting about their negative experiences. Look at 518 Moms on Facebook and get real personal stories of how woman have been treated here. Putting 5 stars because I am hoping this is read easier and can warn others
I’m currently staying here while they monitor me and baby to ensure I’m not going into preterm labor, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and comfort provided. First, the food here is great – by far the best I’ve ever had in any hospital, and I’ve been to quite a few! The dining staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much Bellevue! I had a c section done here and every single staff member was amazing, very kind and compassionate, they were so caring towards me during and after my procedure, and my baby as well. I felt a few nurses went above and beyond caring for my baby, I forget their names but I am so thankful for them.
