The room was loaded with black mold all over the floor and baseboards and bathroom..there were pills on the floor on first day that weren’t the patients .had to ask to mop floor it was sticky to walk on .baby was stretching himself and never put mitts on him we had to do it .very disappointed and very disgusting. This should have a wonderful experience not having to worry about being exposed to a toxin after a C-section I heard hospital is closing but that is no excuse for exposing a new mother with a C-section and new born ... read more
I had a surgical procedure done at Bellevue yesterday and I have to say the staff there are the most kind hearted individuals I've ever met from the admitting RNs to my anesthesiologist (funny guy ) he has helped me soo much in remaining calm .they are reassuring calm and made the process not so scary . I will never go anywhere else and im beyond grateful for my surgeon who made it possible for my procedure to be done at Bellevue being that the ward was shut down . . What an incredibly amazing place to have a baby. Wonderful nurses, clean rooms and the best doctors (especially Dr. Kittle). Have had both my children here and each time just felt completely comfortable and well taken care of during such important moments in our lives both medically and personally. Want to have any future children here!
SO I GAVE A 4 STAR ONLY BECAUSE BEING AT THE HOSPITAL AND TREATED FUNNY WAS OFF TO A BAD START BUT THANKFULLY 2 HOURS OR SO LATER IT GOT BETTER WHEN DR. KITTLE ARRIVED, I CAN'T EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE AND RESPECT AND LOVE AND EVERYTHING ENOUGH TOWARDS HIM, HE IS BEYOND WHAT DOCTORS SHOULD BE, HE'S TRULY BEYOND UNIQUE AND ONE OF A KIND HE'S A TRUE GEM!!
