Went through the process and trouble getting my doctor's to fill out forms to see on getting approved for the services. We were asked of my location and address and provided them with it and on the form, yet nothing was said until my appointment. The guy said FYI just incase you get a call, you are not authorized to use our services because you live in risingview off base housing.
