We have used Bellevue's school bus system K-11 so far. With only very rare exceptions in communication, the experience has been phenomenal. The drivers have always earned my trust for their attention to safety and genuine engagement with my son. Thank you, BPS transportation.
We use transportation for two years. I found the drivers to be exceptional. Especially our afternoon driver this last year. She does the early intervention preschoolers and went above and beyond for these kids. I was very impressed. I always found the main office to be very pleasant when I needed to cancel transportation.
Just called the office to report bus #150, since school started this bus drives past my home x2 a day. I’ve verbally complained to neighbors & spouse. However, today I was working in my yard and witnessed it driving at a high rate of speed through neighborhood. The office took my call very seriously and agreed to contact the supervisor. I appreciate the professional assistance. Retired LEOW
