Beautiful area. I’ve build with Urban Land and Development Specialists and they are an amazing company to deal with. Very good experience and we are so happy with our new home and location.
Please be aware before you purchase land. We bought land at Bellevue. We delayed our settlement from the 15th December 2023 to 8 January (date given by the sales person on when work will be completed) as they weren’t finish with installation of water meter and civil work to site. We have settled the account on the 8th of January and the work is still not completed. The civil work to be completed, is at the driveway of our site and is blocking part of the access to the site.
