Don't do it. I could hear my downstairs neighbor snoring through the uninsulated floor, and my nextdoor neighbor fart through the paper thin walls. Sadly not joking.
Great apartments on the inside super clean. Would be 5 stars but the landscaping needs some work and up keeping as is always over grown looking. Would love if was kept cleaner, flowers, more colour, in a great area, just looks dull and outgrown all the time which really limits the impression of these apartments. Also the gym is small, and has a lot of stuff in the small space but really NEEDS mirrors put in.

I have lived here for several years and I like the location and my apartment, but it has gotten very expensive. To renew, my rent would be going up $150 a month. The service by the management and maintenance has also gotten MUCH worse since I moved in. Luckily I have not had major issues but I have neighbors who have been without air conditioning for months.
