This review is for the infusion center specifically. Absolutely phenomenal people working there. From the front desk to the back. All employees were extremely nice, my sons difficult to poke and both times they got it first try. Very happy and satisfied with his care.

Fantastic Care, was traveling for work, and ended up in the ER, and then admitted, Hospital is very welcoming, has everything under one roof, and got better treatment here then back in Columbus! Thanks to all the Drs and Especially Nurses that helped me. Much Appreciated.. Ps, you get to Pick your own music to listen to in the MRI machine

Came in with what I believed to be high blood pressure told me sounds more like a pinched nerve. Took over an hour to get in and get seen. Thank God it wasn't an emergency room or anything. It's the sit here and die room."

$1400 to see an 8 month old baby for an ear infection is ridiculous. When he caught covid as a 5 month old at Firelands, that was only $600.
