I can't comment on the provider at this location because I unfortunately never got to see them. I was kept waiting for an hour and a half past my appointment time, and when I asked for an update, was told that there were at least two patients ahead of me so they didn't know when the doctor would be able to see me. I had to reschedule the appointment because I had to go back to work. This hospital ER saved my pregnancy after a laboratory and doctor office in chinatown (Charles B. wang center) told me i had a failed pregnancy and sent me home to take abortion pills since i had already been spotting. I have had 3 miscarriages in the past year and at that moment i felt my absolute best so how could my body be going through that process if i feel great!? I was a mount sinai patient and had to switch care at me being 33 weeks pregnant because they were no longer taking my insurance. No one in any hospitals had any kind of empathy for me knowing I am almost due including department of health. I called department of health to change insurance so i can continue my care in Mount Sinai and they gave me so much headaches that I gave up.
