My in home client paid a small fortune for a power wheelchair that has had nothing but problems. Parts began breaking off about a month in. Currently, about a year later, his power control is cracked and not working properly. Customer service has been extremely poor and slow. His chair is a “lemon” and they need to replace it with another brand. Even the footrest caused injury to his foot that has resulted in months of wound care. I’m encouraging him to get an attorney! This is ridiculous!

Be careful when renting. I almost rented a bed for $300/month that you can buy for $800 on Amazon. Parking is challenging downtown. But there are a few employees so there’s a chance you get your questions answered. (Burlington location seems to have fewer/less informed employees but better parking) They get 2 stars because they price match Amazon. The inside of this historic building is pretty cool; formerly the sanitary meat market.
I was in Bellingham visiting WWU and I had forgotten my GoGo scooter charger and needed a charge. I called and Sam was gracious and kind. He charged my scooter battery and off I went. Thank you so much!!
