I told them my husband would need to be able to extend his leg all the way out in a wheelchair because he was having a foot amputation. It did not extend any further than his knee, and when Itook it back I was told no refunds. I pitched a fit and threatened to “yelp the hell out of them,” and guess what? Refund. The moral of the story is, pitch fit, and threaten a bad review on Google yelp or wherever and suddenly things will change.
Celeste and Givon were great at explaining my cpap, its functions, and the insurance elements around it in a quick and understandable manner, all while being incredibly personable.
Wish I could give 10 stars! Great customer service, really knew their products well and gave me a great recommendation for what I was looking for. Givon was the best! Very patient and helped me understand exactly what I needed. Absolutely satisfied and will be coming back!
