We had a great experience @ Bellevue Healthcare getting a Knee scooter. Sarah was very helpful on the phone explaining their services. We went in, Sarah & Tyson helped us find the right scooter. My husband came in to buy a toilet seat with arm grabs to help him after a hip replacement, the lady very friendly helped him pick one out she explained return policy had him sign and told him he had 10 says to return if he didn't use it. Today I came into the store day 10 with the unused toilet thing that stayed in his truck because he didn't need it to return it only to be told I'd have to come back later cause store manager wasent in and he couldn't return it for me that it was not returnable.
