I had to call every-single-week to get an update, had I not… nothing would’ve ever happened & oh by the way after almost two months nothing ever did happen. This company needs better processes, we ended up having to switch companies because both me & the doctor were fed up with this company’s lack of professionalism. This company was easy to work with. I was able to bring a script in from a provider for a walker for my mother and able to go home with it on the same visit!
Our doctor recommended that we go see Bellevue healthcare because he trusted them, and when we got there they didn't have the exact post op shoe for sale any longer but were happy to give us their remaining display model for free. The salesman even went upstairs and retrieved it out of the store room for me. They went above and beyond my expectations 😁 five stars and I will recommend them to everyone
