DO NOT GO HERE! I Realize that some people might not have a choice because of insurance. I was sent to them by Kaiser. I've had a horrible experience with them. Thru Kaiser I've purchased two power chairs from them totalling around $12,000. I've had my new chair just three months. The charger stopped working. I called Bellview. A person named Joona ( I've probably misspelled her name) told me among other things that they would not be able to look at my chair and I quote "Anytime soon". Weston was the best! He was so compassionate, respectful, amiable and knowledgeable. He set up the hospital bed quickly and quietly and listened to my mother and the needs for our family. Through his observation we were able to make the best decision and offer the best healthcare option for both the patient and the primary caregiver. The guy there is really nice. He showed us a shower chair with wheels we were interested in and told us lots of useful details about it. There were also comfy chairs for us to sit on while we looked at the shower chair. The store is also nice inside and has many chairs already out to look at and other smaller merchandise.
