Jordan from the rehab department came to our home this evening to replace the brakes on our son’s wheelchair. We were impressed with Jordan’s attention to detail and high quality of service. He was very personable and it was such a pleasant experience working with him. Thanks!
Our son was without a wheelchair for 3 months and they didn’t seem to understand how difficult this was for us. Do not use this company if you don’t have to. Once we received the chair we had to return back to the shop and get the back fixed. The employees of this Bellevue store are horrendous. I just wish we had a different option instead of Bellevue.
Delivery driver was very kind and helpful. Nice to have a happy kind soul make this kind of delivery when one's family is in the middle of not so fun stuff. Thank you Bellevue
Not to exaggerate or be dramatic or anything, but... The people who worked with me stood beside me despite my doctors and administrators being completely unprofessional and neglectful, and at one point wanted to take their frustrations out on Alex, and decided on MY behalf, that I'd be "just fine" with a standard behind my back, which would've kept me in the exact same situation as I was before, had it not been found out.
