Claimed that the description of the injury on the prescription from the doctor for the knee scooter was not enough info for the insurance to cover it! It said exactly what the surgery was for, including four different medical codes! I could pay cash but I can get one for half the price on Amazon. I think they just don’t want to deal with insurance.

I am leaving this review to warn other patients, especially those dealing with severe mobility or safety hazards, about the deceptive practices and hostile customer service at this location.
