I am leaving this review to warn other patients, especially those dealing with severe mobility or safety hazards, about the deceptive practices and hostile customer service at this location. This place is a joke they lose your stuff then blame the doctors and expect them to resend everything Why would I contact a plaxe that don't want my business i went with Norco who had all the paperwork completed and delivered the unit in less then 2 weeks unlike you who never called and told the doctor to refax the paperwork several times
