I recently visited your facility to obtain a wheelchair and a walker for my 5-year-old, who has a broken leg. Upon entering, I heard someone ask how they could help, but it was unclear if they were speaking to me or on the phone, as everyone seemed busy and no one was looking towards us.A staff member, who was hidden by her monitor eventually helped usI handed her the prescription, which she incorrectly said was insufficient.
