Jackeline and Mr. Engle were exceptionally helpful. They both exceeded all of my expectations.
Fantastic place. The representative was very patient and answered all our questions to the best of his ability. My dad was there looking for a cane, as the next step after using a walker. The gentlemen brought over all the different options and let him try out the ones he thought he might like, offering suggestions along the way. No sales pitch, just information or advice.
We'll never deal with this company again!!!
Manager was extremely passive aggressive and lied about a policy. Really just an awful experience, the showroom was nice though.
Jennifer did a great job working with my dad to get a lift chair that is just right for him.
