I met Austin at the Coeur D'Alene fairgrounds while getting information for my mother-in-law and her needs. Austin's, attitude and knowledge was remarkable and answered all of my questions. If you love to primitive camp, or go anywhere you cant get power and use a CPAP, this is a must battery, Exp 48 pro. My friends use a car battery with attachments to run their machine. They pull it in a wagon/cart to camp site. With the Exp 48 i can run 6 nights as long as my heater/humidifier is turned off. I weighed the cost vs going to interstate and having them rig up a car battery like my friends. A decision I don't regret. My friends have now went to the same battery. Jason was awesome. He showed up within a few hours after our call. He came late on a Friday night and said he took the call because he was in the area and already had what we needed in his truck. He took his time setting up the bed and showed my mom how to use it. My mother was touched by his kindness during such a difficult time for our family. Unfortunately we lost my dad the next day so Jason returned only a few days later and with the same kindness and compassion removed the unused bed from our home. Thank you again Jaso... read more
