This place was a true LIFE SAVER!!!! My father in law is coming to visit for a week for the 4th of July and we searched for literal months trying to find a short term rental breathing machine for his tracheotomy and no one but them offered less than 6 months. And it was so reasonably priced! We couldn't be more elated that we found this place! And to top it all off, the staff was amazing. Answered all of our questions and they were **VERY** courteous. 10/10 would recommend 👌
Rented a hospital bed. Spent another night on the couch instead. Some of the springs had been poorly repaired and a few were missing resulting in a crater in the middle of the bed when you try to lie down. It is, by far, the worst bed I’ve ever TRIED to sleep in. Very irresponsible sending a such a shabby piece of equipment to someone with a compromised health issue.
It is a miracle this place is still in business. The people on the phone are super nice but I rented a bed and a side table and nothing they said came true. The equipment was great, the delivery fellow kind, and everyone I talked to very nice but I have made over a dozen calls to them and still they haven't picked up the equipment. Everyone promises things but it doesn't happen. I called Friday and was told that it would be picked up on Saturday and if not Monday. It is now Tuesday and no pick up in sight.
