I visited Bellevue to pick up a BiPAP machine. The representative that helped me was named Carrie and she was amazing. I’ve used a few different BiPAP machines over the years. She was by far the best at explaining the procedures and what goes on and how to use the machine then anybody I’ve ever had to help me. She said she’s had 15 years of experience and It shows. Bellevue is very lucky to have her and you will be as well if you need any help.

Great place if you don’t want any phone calls back and don’t need help in a timely manner. A month after my referral was sent, I had to call and they can’t find it. Terrible communication. Go somewhere else!

Im very happy with the company just very inhappy with the prouductd they siplty to therer all the plastic tubing rolles up in big knotes an that makes it vrey hard to get around with my walker and the water tubingcoms apart bsso easy and then you get no air im jusy upse et does anyone get get theaes get rhese issuses?
