Buyer beware!, Bellevue Healthcare Center, duped my insurance and me out of the cost of a CPAP machine. Got to my five year marker for a new machine and got NOTHING. Sold me a defective machine that I could not return immediately (I live out of town). So I was told, "too bad, you own this (defective machine) so there's nothing we can do for you". I left the machine and told them to donate it. I could not use a defective machine. Effective immediately I've begun the process of grievance reporting to all necessary organization... read more
They really dont care. When I got hit by a car it took them way to long to replace 1 tire. And now I need a new charger and some othe repairs and still nothing. Now I basically do not have a chair because they take forever in getting back to you. I depend on my chair a lot. I am now going to miss appointments etc.

Bellevue Healthcare has been efficient, friendly, and competent in each situation we have needed their help. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
I have been trying to get my power chair fixed for over FOUR MONTHS! They say they'll return a call, they don't, they give crappy excuses for their own poor job performance, they clearly don't care!
