Excellent service performed by Cyndi Willerton, the Respiratory Therapist, who was very patient and clear in explaining the use of the device that I would be using. Every step was explained completely and with patience!
We have worked with Meg over the past several months on several pieces of DME and she has been excellent. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. Helped us make good choices and followed through until items were delivered and proper training was given. She is great to work with and a wonderful person, too

Cyndi delivered exceptional customer service from the first phone call through the whole process. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect machine for my needs.
