I will start by saying Michelle Crook was very nice and helpful. As soon as I spoke with the office staff though.. sketchy and don't know what they are doing. Cyndi couldn't answer basic questions about how much the device would cost me initially or what it would cost me monthly and said I would have to call my insurance. I have had a CPAP before and multiple experiences with DMEs who will absolutely provide an estimated cost out of pocket. Unhelpful at best. Then she mentioned a "modem fee". Excellent service performed by Cyndi Willerton, the Respiratory Therapist, who was very patient and clear in explaining the use of the device that I would be using. Every step was explained completely and with patience!
We have worked with Meg over the past several months on several pieces of DME and she has been excellent. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. Helped us make good choices and followed through until items were delivered and proper training was given. She is great to work with and a wonderful person, too
I recently purchased my first CPAP machine from Bellevue Healthcare in Bend, Or.I had an outstanding experience! Cyndi delivered exceptional customer service from the first phone call through the whole process. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect machine for my needs. While I was there I also purchased new supplies for another medical device at home. The staff at Belleview were very helpful and the wheelchair that was provided for me was wonderful. I highly recommend them.
