Terrible business. Won’t release even a wheelchair without all the insurance hoops. Even with an order from a doctor. Edit: I have read your response and it’s a lie. You have all my information and the information from our provider. We even have a signed order for the equipment signed by the doctor and you still haven’t contacted me about my daughter’s equipment. Sham of a business. Avoid if possible.
I saw a happy senior citizen and a younger gentleman exit the store with products It’s a clean parking lot The employees are cool shoutout to rob.
If you have older relatives who need specific equipment to make things easier I recommend seeking them out. I needed to pick up a home blood pressure monitor and they were able to give me one right away.
The employees are not well trained on equipment and can’t answer questions. They have easy parking though. I went to Bellingham where at least some of the employees know things. Rental prices are outrageous. They price match Amazon.
