Needed a walker after breaking my leg, service was fine. After insurance paid, I received a bill for $11.52. Went online to pay but their system said they could not accept credit cards at that time, working on a problem. Went back a couple days later, problem fixed, paid the $11.52. Paid on 7/7, on 7/14 got a letter billing me $26.52. They were trying to charge a $15 late fee on a $11.52 bill that I had received 3 weeks ago. Ridiculous. Terrible business. Won’t release even a wheelchair without all the insurance hoops. Even with an order from a doctor. Edit: I have read your response and it’s a lie. You have all my information and the information from our provider. We even have a signed order for the equipment signed by the doctor and you still haven’t contacted me about my daughter’s equipment. Sham of a business. Avoid if possible.

If you have older relatives who need specific equipment to make things easier I recommend seeking them out. I needed to pick up a home blood pressure monitor and they were able to give me one right away.
