Horrible customer service most of the time. Today they scheduled to pick up my oxygen concentrator between 9.30-10.30am. I told the guy my gf might not be there to sign, i would run by the house to check. When i called him back to confirm she would be there to sign, he had already decided that since it might not work out today the driver changed route and would not be coming by at all. They help me with my dad with a rental wheelchair for a month and is cheap because I can forward it for a month for the wheelchair to rent.
