This place has really gone down hill. My brother has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. In the past few years we have used Bellevue healthcare for his chair repairs and had no issues. They would come and pick the chair up on time and bring it back. Well not this time. I was working out of town and I came here looking for a knee brace. I picked one of two options and the salesman measured my leg and picked out the large size for me. I said I was worried it wouldn’t be tight enough and he assured me that that was the right size. He said there were no returns allowed because of hygiene reasons and he walked me through a document that I had to initial and sign. The knee brace wasn’t even close to my size. They were great. I was able to talk to someone right away. They were polite and very helpful. You can rent and return to their many locations. Highly recommend.
