Wonderful place everyone is so nice and welcoming!!
Never having been in rehab previously, I had no idea what to expect. The administration and staff are high quality, caring, professional, knowledgeable and very competent. I hope I never have to have rehab again but if I do I will want to return to Bellevue. (...and the food is good, too)! Also, while there, my daughter brought my dog to visit me several times. Other visitors were also positively impressed.
I would have given 5 stars for a great rehab/nursing home but in any business, there is room for improvement. Visited my uncle that in his early 90’s against his wishes was unable to stay in his own home safely. The staff was attentive and caring to all their residents and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank goodness for places like this!!!
If you want to put your loved one some place that the staff that takes care of them are not personable and could care less about your family member, Here you go! Admin acts like they care so much, they don’t! When your loved one that resides there passes, expect the staff to go thru their belongings and take what they want when they pack everything up for you. This place makes you believe they are so caring, personable and will take such great care of your elderly loved one, DON’T BELIEVE IT! Just another facility that cares... read more
