The doctor himself is excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and I’ve been very happy with the quality of care I received during my visits. Unfortunately, the office staff and office policies significantly detract from the overall experience. My most recent appointment was canceled without my consent because I did not respond to a text message. Great Dr. that has the experience and knowledge you need. Highly recommend
Dr. Kirkconnell did an eye exam and got my daughter’s prescription wrong and my insurance won’t cover another visit. We are now at visionworks and her prescription is definitely different from what he got.
His staff was amazing, very kind and communicative and able to get me in on short notice for a routine eye exam. Dr. Kirkconnell, however, was rude and patronizing to me. Would not recommend.
Love this place! Staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Kirkconnell is very thorough and patient. He has worked diligently to help me find the right contact fit for me.
