My child has been a patient since almost the beginning. We definitely miss Barb in the front office though overall pleased with the service we receive.
Was very pleased with the doctor. I felt that the eye exam was thorough and the prescription for glasses worked perfectly

Great doctor. Very knowledgeable. Love the selection of frames and availability. Very nice to work with and they have weekend hours that makes it easy to work with my schedule. Offer discounts for mutiple orders same day purchase above and beyond insurance discounts. Great location and easy access to parking and building.
The Doctor's were ok, but the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I didn't take them seriously and I don't think they took me seriously. Poor customer service.
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR J. KIRKCONNELL FOR 3 YEARS. I AM VERY SATISFIED. HE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE IS DOING AND THE STATUS OF MY EYES. VERY GOOD WITH CONTACTS. I LOVE MY GLASSES AND MY CONTACTS. EXCELLENT STAFF.
