These folks are the real thing. Not big box temps trying to make a sale. These guys know what they are doing and are happy to help you solve your problem. They referred me elsewhere since the drive was longer to their store. I prefer to go to and deal with Bellevue Hardware - they are simply the best hardware support and supply company I have ever seen. I hope we can support them to keep them in business.
These guys at Do It Best Hardware in Bellevue are so far superior to the big guys (Lowes/ Home Depot) in the personal touch. First, they know their products, how it works /how it is repaired, and what you could use as a substitute, often at a cheaper price. e.g. I thought I needed a new valve stem for the faucet. They had them in stock, but rather than charge me 10-12 bucks, they put my old one on a wire wheel, cleaned it up and sold me a 39 cent washer. They sold me on that one. Great folks!
