Awesome builder, originally contacted the builder on a pre-purchase planning and sub-division project. Carol spent a lot of time investigating into the sub-division process and provided different custom build ideas for the lot. Although the project didn't go a head at the time due to feasibility but I was grateful for her help and had the company at the back of my mind.
