Owner Tad and Natalie are just the best folks ever. Great service. I had an unrelated breakdown shortly after picking my bike up from the shop. Tad took it on himself to send out one his guys to pick me and the bike up and deliver us home, free of charge. Way beyond the call of duty. Totally 100% recommended.
Big Bad Tad is a hoot if you can fence with him. I just wish I had more money than I do to spend there. You can't buy a better atmosphere for a "shop". And you shouldn't! You can't buy class, you got to earn it. He's living the dream. The 50's art-decco styled building is an absolute peach to be a part of as soon as you get there. Took a chance with no prior research on the shop. Went in to get a quote on several maintenance tasks, including tire replacement. Staff was incredibly friendly, down-to-Earth, knowledgeable, and generally just awesome people. They quoted very good prices for labor and gave me high-end tires at cost. I left the shop as a customer for life.
Fixed my tire after hours and on the spot!
