Great place good with your pet and explains what you need to do to apply medication
They helped us put down our elderly rabbits with health problems. It was a very sad time. A couple things that they can do better is to have larger rooms for customers. I felt like we were really packed into a tiny little closet. Also, money and palliative care for a sick pet do not mix well. I tried several times to pre-pay at the counter so that I could simply go back and focus on our pets without worrying about money. But they wouldn’t do it. We had an absolutely horrible experience with euthanasia at this animal hospital. Do not go here for that, would rather not go into all the details(traumatic experience) Brought our new kittens in for their shots and we were charged $105 extra than quoted for follow up, called office and was told it must have been poor communication on both parts- I received a print out and it was $105 more than stated we were not given multiple options?? How is this be poor communication on my part.
