Had a new patient apt for my 1yr old pup . The 2pm apt has been on the books for a month plus . We are new to the area and I needed to get my dog established and shots . I arrived 20 min early to do my paperwork etc as requested . While I was waiting 4 other patrons walked in w their pets . 2pm arrived and every single patron that walked in after me was taken care of , I sat there and sat there some more , not a look from staff .
