I am a newer client to the office but they took my dog in this morning without an appointment due to him receiving a small injury. The office squeezed me in and I couldn’t be more thankful for how nice and courteous they were. Later that afternoon, they even called back to check on him. I wish I could remember the nurses name but she took great care of Oliver this morning. Thank you so much for your call, and the attention you gave him. I definitely made the right veterinary choice.
We take all of our pets here. Dr Clark and Dr Rizzo are the best veterinarians in the area.
New clients are required to pay $60 non-refundable deposit at the time the appointment is made and have to wait 3-4 weeks before being seen. Outrageous requirements for attracting new business. I’ve never had a veterinarian treat me and my animals like a paycheck before even seeing my animals. There are plenty of other places happy to take your animal without payment up front.
This place is a gift from God. The animals even love it. They are so kind and understanding and professional.
