My vet clinic was closed for a holiday and my 20 year old cat was experiencing an emergency. Thank goodness Bellevue was not only open, but also had a caring staff who immediately responded with expertise and efficiency. Bellevue has continued to take care of our dear family member with thorough discussions about solutions, allowing him a quality of life with less pain. I also get a senior discount, a surprising and wonderful help. Thank you to all of you at Bellevue.
I don't need the vet very often, I've been very fortunate in that way. I don't see the doctors a lot, and don't have a rapport with any of them. I did however tell my spouse that this was the place to go to take care of our 13 yr old cat(she had previously taken her elsewhere). When we went in, we were expecting a diagnosis and some medicine and to be done. What we got was terrible news about the unlikelyhood of a fix for our baby. It was a wonderful experience..a first time emergency drop off.. I waited in the clinic & met with the vet for her recommendations after she examined Sophie. Very reassuring and knowledgeable ..Dr Rachel Schaffhauser is Very thorough.. So now..Sophie after not eating & lethargic for 2 days just finished a can of tuna. 🤷♀️ Must have been the good vibes. Bellevue Animal Clinic has very nice staff members and great doctors. We took our third dog Jilly Mae for her physical examination and vaccination to the clinic yesterday. It was her first time. She was very nervous but was helped by warm and kind words of the staff members and her new doctor. Jilly Mae did so well. Her doctor took time to get to know her and me with patience, understanding, and compassion. I felt happy, more confident, and empowered. I got a senior discout, too.
The sweetest staff and they were amazing with my kittens. Definitely going to return.
