Great docs & great staff! We switched vets years ago because we had issues with our former vet. Bellevue staff is very kind, they doesn’t over bill, they work you in on the schedule and my dog likes to go. Thanks for taking care of Otis!
Highest of appreciation to EVERYONE at Bellevue Animal Clinic. My family and I are life long pet owners. Since our previous veterinarians retired, we have struggled to find the right Vet for us. From day one we felt very welcomed. The staff is extremely caring and thorough. All our fur babies get tons of attention and love when we visit. I’ve known about Bellevue Animal Clinic for close to 60 yrs since Dr Hendrickson first opened the clinic. I worked there too, with Dr. Riffle, as a teen after school and weekends. Dr Marvin has cared for my various pets through the years. I’ve always boarded my pets there too. I consider Bellevue as extended family. Here’s my German Shepherd as a pup during an exam.
Due to flooding we brought one of our dogs, klaus, here since we couldn’t get to our vet and I was amazed! Incredibly helpful, comforting to our pet, and super sweet. They are not forceful and give treats to help calm your dog. Definitely considering just switching here permanently! They work with you on everything and overall pricing is not bad at all! ❤️🐶
So I found a stray dog in need of medical attention. I take it to the bellevue animal clinic assuming that I’m probably going to have a new dog. They tell me that it’s microchiped find the owner and then I get the bill for the clinic visit! I called they’re telling me that I’m going to have to pay and they’re sorry that it was a stray. I will never use Bellevue animal clinic this is horrible customer service and a disservice to the pet owning community.
