Terrible customer service.
As someone who's been to many different shops, I can say this team is one of the best. Not only are they a welcoming establishment with a non-judgmental environment, which is perfect for beginners, women, children, and everyone in general, but they also don't mooch, or BS you, if there's something your bike needs but they can't provide? they're honest about it, and will assist you in finding the parts or services you need. Well I went and purchased a side by side a few weeks ago from Belleville sport and lawn. It was a great experience dealing with Jeremy but then things went south. When I went and picked the side by side up their side yard where they do pick up and deliveries was littered with nails and screws and my family actually picked a few up and handed them to Jeremy the sales man… anyways I left that parking lot with multiple nails in my tire and one that got through the side wall and resulted in me having to buy a new tire. These guys are not here to help you just take huge amounts of money from you. Just like several others say in the reviews “They lie and constantly change their story!!! Wished I had read the reviews on Google and Facebook and The Yellow Pages before going here. There are so many bad things it would take a long time to type out.
