Sam is the best pharmacist EVER! Chain pharmacist are such a headache. No communication or understanding. Belleville pharmacy will always get my business from now on. Not only does Sam work with me to make sure I get what I need, he also tells me what I don’t need or what might harm me and counsels me like all pharmacist should. He addresses me by name and you feel like a person and not like another RX number coming through the door. He is patient and kind and gets you in and out when promised. I have never had a better pharmacist in my life. Phenomenal customer service and he has gone completely above and beyond and out of his way to take care of things. That type of personalized service is non existent now. I don’t live near this pharmacy, I’m about thirty minutes away and probably pass hundreds if not thousands of pharmacies on my way to go to this specific pharmacist and it’s worth every bit of the drive.
