Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff throughout this dealership. I just purchased a newer Rogue ladt week. I get all my service work done there and have always been very happy with the results. I highly recommend people visit Belleville Nissan. You won't be disappointed.
What a disaster. I had repairs done on my van and experienced lack of communication, disregard for completing the repair in a timely manner, rudeness from the repair department, failure to complete the whole repair, and unwillingness to follow up on further repair promises to be unacceptable. A repair centre should not be hostile at people for having cars that need repairs. They also did not complete the full repair, which came to nearly $2,000. Great service
Thanks to Jackie, Jen and Heidi for helping me repair a working but fairly melted key fob belonging to my landlords vehicle... ended up replacing the plastics of a melted key fob, it saved me so much mentally and financially... 11/10 would recommend coming here, for all your vehicle needs, i know i will in the future
To start they are weirdly confrontational with their customers They posted my confidential information then called me and complained about my review I had to tell them to leave me alone multiple times Brayden DeShane is very annoying and doesn't understand that I don't do any business with belleville nissan. Then they told me that I could talk to the manager and I guess they were just going to discipline the sales person and I stood to benefit nothing from the very long conversation I just was forced to have with them.
