I have lived here for 30 years, before YES even thought about buying it. It's been a good home. The park is mostly quiet and well-kept. I do own my trailer and feel responsible for maintaining my home and grounds.
It was wonderful. Waitress was great. The food was great, and the atmosphere was great.
Now that peppa pig (Deserie) isn't the manager anymore and is no longer able to play favorites, the park is actually cleaning up. Still have to deal with the neighbors parking jet skis in the grass and their truck in the street overnight and the cops constantly being there due to domestic violence and child neglect and abuse but the park is turning around. I'd still stay away unless you really want to pay $1,700 a month for a trailer that was $1,200 a month 4 years ago.
It’s a quiet community and I think rent would be fair if you could get them to fix anything my storm door has never been correct large gap at the top and doesn’t shut right since I moved in also due to no chain on the door prior to move in the door blows open and slams breaking the handle I’ve asked on a number of occasions to have it fixed then the door slammed open so hard it broke the hinge and I requested it to be fixed again.. they replied the door would be too costly to fix and they could just take it off or I can pay ... read more
