I door dash here alot and you can smell the pee from outside the front doors. I didn't wanna walk inside so I called the lady. She I guess didn't wanna walk 15 feet n grab her food to eat in that pee smelly place but I had to walk in go home n shower cuz my shoes were done for once walking in that hell hole. Just had my dad transferred here for rehab and came to visit the next day. We literally had to break him out. He was in urine stained sheets, no blanket and freezing, we were warned by several employees to not leave him there for the night and they gave us the door code. His “bed” was a thin mattress on a metal cot with no other furniture in the room. No one could tell us if he had his medicine, what medicines he was on, or why he was there. I am a resident here at Belleville health care and can not get my medicine on time cause some nurses doesn't put it in computer on time so I have to wait 2 extra hours for my pain meds that are narcotics I just got out of Barnes Jewish was there for 8 days I don't understand this at all
