I received a call back quickly when my furnace stopped working on a Sunday during a recent cold snap. BCHAC came out the same day, accessed the problem, ordered the part and installed it the next day. Demario was awesome, he was here when he said he was going to be and was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I have an older furnace, so I thought for sure they would immediately go for the replacement and say the parts were obsolete or something. Called to schedule an appointment with Tim, the owner. He said he could schedule an appointment asked me to text him the details. Texted him the details no response, texted again no response but I figured I’d at least give him a phone call. When I called him, he said no problem. I will be there. I have your information. Well appointment date come and go and he has no record not surprisingly. Was strongly advised to avoid this business as they can’t even keep a simple appointment. What a shame
We woke up warm and cozy the day after Demario from Belleville Canton Heating and Air Conditioning fixed our heating problem. The day before we woke up to a freezing house. Our heat would not come on. Demario came to our house with a pleasant, smiling demeanor. We felt comfortable right away and felt he cared about our problem. Tim, Demario and the whole team were great. They installed a new furnace, A/C and water heater in one day. They were careful to put cloths on all floors to prevent damage.
