My furnace stopped working on a day when the temperature was only 25 degrees. I called for service, and technician Demario arrived promptly within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty inducer motor and efficiently completed the replacement. Demario was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service.
It's winter and I called them on a Sunday to have a gas valve replaced on my furnace. They came out within the hour and my tech, Demario, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in under 30-minutes and they charged what I thought was a fair price so I felt good about the whole interaction. I'll definitly be calling this place for any future needs.
Very timely and professional. One week before Christmas. Got home from work to find furnace out. Called at 8pm. Spent an hour on phone trying to fix problem to save a service call. Not able to fix Told would be out by 10am and actually 5 minutes early. Found problem and replaced circuit board which was suspected. No upselling, Kept in loop through whole process. Helpful tips and cleaned area also. Definitely will recommend and use again!
Spent about 3 grand three to four years ago to put in a new furance. The first time they left parts were left inside the furance and I was told it's fine. 8 months later more issues and another 1200 to fix. Also the contractor mentioned the parts that inside should not be like that. Here I am today going to fork out another service fee plus trying to replace parts on it. Great job for being crooks.
Belleville/ Canton heating & Air conditioning, the staff were knowledgeable about the products for my home. The owner and staff was very honest trustworthy and efficient. They cleaned up the debris inside and outside. I will use them again if needed. If you’re looking for HVAC company look no further. You won’t be disappointed.
