Very misleading! Make sure you understand tour techinician very clearly. The company itself says their disgnostic fee is $60 and it’ll get applied to the repair service. The technicians say their service is $275. Therefore, the balance should be $215, right? You try to call them to correct it, and they say it was miscommunication because actually the repair service fee was $335. Conveniently! I do not know how much this company paid for the good reviews.I scheduled a service call for 4-7pm. at 9:39am with Orlando. The 2-5pm was also available. I called back at 10 am to try to take the earlier appointment only to find I was not in the schedule at all! I called back and Orlando scheduled me -AGAIN! They advertise one price-$59.00 but actually charge a different price-$85.00 with $15.00 more demanded if you pay cash. Great service !! Belleville Appliance Repair Men sent their technician out at the beginning of last month and my appliance is still running perfectly. Save yourself the headache and give these guys a call!!!
Tom from Belleville appliance repair men came out same day service and was very nice. He check my whirlpool dry that was not heating and also my bosch dishwasher that was not draining. Luckily he was able to fix both that day. He carried the whirlpool part to fix dryer and the dishwasher did not need a part and was able to unclog it for a very fair price. I would recommend Tom if you could.
Belleville appliance repair men fixed my maytag washer and frigidaire dishwasher in the same day. The appliance repair man had parts on his van. The price was so reasonable that I actually tipped the technician because he saved my wife from having a heart attack from not being able to wash clothes. We have a newborn and need to be able to wash sheets and his clothes. Thanks again TARM. Will definitely be using in the future.
