Outdated methods for handling cats. Scruff and shake is not appreciated. Never going back again. Horrible place. Worst vet I've ever been to. Gives incorrect and outdated information. Treats animals like objects. Only in it for the money.
I found a stray kitten and they were wonderful at helping get him up to par on his health. I look forward to seeing them again
Dr. Linton was amazing to our dog Max during a medical emergency, including squeezing in an emergency surgery, squeezing us in for daily/weekly check ups, providing us with supplies and so much knowledge and advice. Never charged us for anything except surgery & meds despite all of our frequent visits. Our dog Max has since passed about 6 months ago unfortunately. But we already have an appointment scheduled with her for our new dog to establish care because of our experience. 10/10 would recommend!
I called right at 8am to see if BAC had any same-day sick appointments available for my pet. I was told they could fit me in, but that they would need to collect a deposit first. Okay, understandable. $250. That is absolutely insane for a deposit. I completely understand and respect requiring deposits for appointments, especially same-day visits, but $250 is absolutely ridiculous.
