Terri Schneider from the Englewood facility was extremely helpful, demonstrating exceptional empathy, professionalism, and clear communication in every interaction. She is truly an outstanding individual.
Care givers excellent. Administrative staff excellent. Environment warm and quiet. Cody welcomed my mother with open arms, and after 2 months she still remembers him as a “friend”.
Belleview Heights has been amazing! The Executive Director here has been wonderful to work with and it been a great pleasure to get to know each resident.
Tons of surprises with contracts and paperwork. No experience with Trusts.Around $2,000 a month more than average, and the only one that doesn't have a veterans discount. Staff are great much better than the competition, but corporate oversight is an anchor.
We tried to admit my mom there but had nothing but problems and never got her admitted. However in the meantime they cashed our $3000 admittance check and we still have not received a refund. The check was for admission but she was never admitted by Belleview Heights which means they should never have cashed the check. Belleview Heights really let our family down.
