I don’t usually leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but I’ve sat with this for a few weeks and feel I need to say something. I asked for a simple long layered cut and had six inches taken off. Sadly, it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had. My hair is usually easy to cut and I’ve never had a bad experience until now. The ends are jagged and uneven—not in a styled way, just messy. The stylist used a dry-cutting technique, which I’ve had before with no issues, so I’m not sure what went wrong.
