Garbage looked like the had time to sit around and talk but I wasn't fancy enough to have u cut my hair huh I would give it -3 if I could
I found Rachel by accident! What a blessing! My regular stylist is out sick so I asked Rachel to trim up my hair. She did more than trim it up.....she made look and feel amazing!!! Go see her!!!
