I’d avoid this place at all costs they are money driven rather than helping your pet. I called to bring my cat in due to him vomiting, I had to pay $95 over the phone because of same day sick appointment. When I got there they attempted to give him an exam once, they shook him out the bag he hissed they put him back in and said they need to sedate him for an X-ray. Melanie helped me through the phone and was so so kind and generous. She went above and beyond to help me. She was truly a pleasure to speak to.
Dr. Hernandez saw my pet for many years and he loved her. She was taking care of him until the very end. We had a little misunderstanding that was resolved and Dr. Hernandez was proactive in making sure my voice was heard and my feelings understood. She reached out to me and met with me to give her condolences for my great loss and answer any questions that I may have. I feel better in knowing that my dog was cared for by the doctor he knew and loved on his final day.
I have been taking my pet there for years ..they know us. Which made my last appearance there even more dusturbing and troublesome regarding the way we were treated. My dog was sick, clinging on to his last breath and I asked the receptionist to get a doctor ASAP becsuse i saw blood. No one came to check on him; instead I heard my dogs vet, Dr. Hernandez telling the receptionist that I need to pay $160 emergency fee to be seen immediately. How incentive.
