Do not trust them, they care only about money they don't care about your pet. They take advantage of the fact that you love your pet so they fool you with this charming way, showing that they care but in reality they don't care. For a Pyometra surgery they asked me $5,000.00 when ASPCA did it for $125.00. Please do not waste your money to them, just give donation to animal association they help for love. Very bad experience, my dog was about to die and the only thing they were thinking was money.
