I was in my wisdom teeth pain for couple of day i call the bellerive doctor to get appointment and to get pain relief medicine after that when i listen their answers i was shocked they told me, i am a new client so they can’t take me in. They only open for old clients. What will they do if some new clients are in pain, will they just ignore it?? Star 1 is higher i need to give them 0. I am sorry but i am totally unhappy with the answer.
Been going here for about 20 years. Doctors are very kind and knowledgeable and I can usually get in to see a doctor when I really need to within 48hrs - even if it's not my regular GP. Reception staff are always super friendly and helpful - even when I have called 3 times in 10 mins to change appointments! I'm perplexed by the negative comments about reception staff - maybe they had someone filling in for a while or someone was having a particularly bad day - we all have those.
I agree with Lea D & plenty of others regarding the receptionist phone manner. And yes, I am reviewing the right Doctor's surgery & I'm also certain all the other reviewers also are reviewing the correct surgery.
