I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bellemore. She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The eye exam was thorough, and she genuinely listened to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Bellemore to anyone looking for a skilled and caring eye doctor.
I really like all the staff there. I myself don't have any trouble with my eyes but my 3 year old has been seeing them since she was 18 months and the reception and doctor are absolutely great with her. I really like how good they are with children.
My first appointment was with Dr Okaj and it was horrible and wasn’t going to go back but Dr Bellemore reached out and asked me to come in for a second appointment to see her which I did and it was by far a much better experience than the first one. The staff are very kind and patient and Dr Bellemore is an amazing eye doctor very knowledgeable and nice she explained everything that she was doing. I would highly recommend Dr Bellemore.
Dr. Bellemore herself was very kind and courteous. She was transparent about what she was addressing regarding my eyes and included me in the discussion. My issue lies with those who were performing the preliminary tests. Firstly, the machines didn't appear to be sanitized before my use - and if they were, I was not told so.
