Dr. Bellemore herself was very kind and courteous. She was transparent about what she was addressing regarding my eyes and included me in the discussion. My issue lies with those who were performing the preliminary tests. Firstly, the machines didn't appear to be sanitized before my use - and if they were, I was not told so. Amazing staff!. Timely appointment and not long wait times in office . They clearly explain everything and truly have a great appreciation for their clients . The optometrist has been infertility care and patience in doing a thorough exam and discussing results . They all make my kids feel welcome and have made going to the optometrist a delightful experience . They took time helping us chose glasses that suited us and fit well. Love going here .
I've solely been going to this optometrists office since I was a child, but over the last few years it's been a pain to go and will be transferring. The last few visits the front desk is rude, and unwelcoming. It's been a reason I wanted to transfer but out of convenience of only being a patient at this office I've left it since I only visit once every 1-2 years.
