Competent. Most all of the staff are very friendly, accommodating and professional. This is exactly what it says it is . . . a primary care center. In other words, what passes today for a family doctor. My only complaint is an apparent practice to quickly pass the patient off to a physician with a specialty. I'm not always made aware of what I should expect from the practitioner to which I'm being referred, nor why.
