This rating is for Dr Bess’ staff only! Dr Bess is a good veterinarian but unfortunately I will never go back to Bellefonte Animal Clinic due to her staff! Had an appointment today for my Great Dane for a vaccine. He was seen a couple weeks ago for other vaccines that were due. At that time I was told that since he was a large dog and difficult to handle that I could leave him in the car and someone from their staff would come out to give it to him in the car. The groomer is the best. I was so sorry to hear Susan is retiring in October. Happy for her but it will hard to replace her.
They have always done a great job with our animals. The staff has always been super friendly. My girls take their dogs from time to time and they are always greeted with help and with a great attitude! I cannot recommend this place enough. Dr. Bess is very thorough and very knowledgeable.
The groomer is the best
Very friendly staff. Small office. Doesn't seem to be to busy.
