This a a very rude establishment and the owner is very unprofessional. It was one of the worst experiences ever! The treatment was not that great for the money or the lack of relaxation.

Please spend your money somewhere else. My experience here was trashy. The owner decides to tell me about her indiscretions with someone her coworker is dating my first time there and then the second in extremely rude because she was running behind. I will not be back.

Absolutely DO NOT go to this salon - even the groupon doesn't make the service worth it! Not only was my first facial subpar, when I had to reschedule my second appointment (the groupon came with two facials) they charged me an EXTRA $50 and never informed me that they would do this! When I called to reschedule they didn't bother to mention it and when I called after my credit card was charged they rudely informed me I "should have known I'd be charged when I gave my credit card." I went to Belledonne Spa as part of a wedding party. We all bought the groupon for a massage and facial. The service was horrible. The owner was arguing with her Dad the whole time. While having my facial the owner talked about her outings the night before to a strip club with friends. I have no idea how she thinks this is professional talk, especially at a spa. I just got off the phone with the owner, Brittney. I'm writing this review because she didn't care and told me it wasn't necessary to do it. I had emailed in a complaint about one of the massage therapists (Maria). When I mentioned what happened to Brittney, and said "if she told me i was overweight, maybe she tells others?" - she told me i was rude to assume that. Please don't go to this spa! Aside from the fact that it is not clean and smells of cigarette smoke....here's what I'm trying to save you from.. My 18 year old bought a groupon for a massage at Belladonne for me, her sister and herself. We had difficulty getting appointments but when we finally did, they asked for a credit card to hold the three appointments. I will NEVER, EVER, NEVER, go back to the place again. I advise anyone who is even thinking about it to change their mind. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought my treatment, they are all true and mine is just the same. Unprofessional, unorganized, lost my appointments, always late and ended early. Unfortunately she does not know the first thing about running a business. Not to mention it's the farthest thing from a "spa" like atmosphere....rooms are clinical feeling and just overall cheap. Stay away, not worth it.

UNPROFESSIONALLY RUN SPA AND HORRIBLE SERVICE – This was honestly the worst spa experience I have ever had. I bought a Groupon for a massage and facial a few months ago.
