I’d give zero if I could. Not professional, very condescending workers. Update: I called my insurance company and this “Place of business” Has not once submitted a claim to my insurance company in the past three months I’ve been going here. My insurance company said that they should’ve submitted a claim for my night guard (Occlusion guard) Because I’m covered at 60%. Thank you, Amy and Dr. Skipper so much for everything you do for your patience make sure all my paperwork is lined up. All the T’s were crossed, and all the I’s were dotted, and Dr. skipper is incredible and so informative.
I Overall had an amazing experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful every step of the way. The manager, Amy, was a delight! As well as Dr. Skipper. 10/10 would recommend.
This is the worst dentist office in our community and unfortunately it has nothing to do with the current doctor there. The office staff is extremely rude and does not manage their time well leaving them to often reschedule appointments and running around short staffed. I went the first time and was there over 3 hours for x rays cleaning and 2 fills. When I went back for my other fill not only did they reschedule me 2 more times the dentist that is currently there found 2 other fillings that the last dentist visit missed! An... read more
