I would like to respond to the individual who wrote a negative review. They had their pool refinished by a company who neither balanced nor instructed them on balancing their pool water or caring for their new pool finish. This process is known as a “start up” which also involves daily brushing of the new pool surface and careful chemical monitoring until the finish matures.
